I am writing in order to draw to your attention the outstanding service I received recently from one of your employees, Mr Kevin Knuckey, in the tracking down and re-ordering of a china toilet cistern lid to match the one I had broken.This was no easy matter, because it seemed that Heritage had discontinued the line: but Mr Knuckey persevered, taking the trouble to phone me more than once. It is my regrettable experience that most sales assistants in a similar situation would have made a cursory effort to locate the lid and then given up with the familiar excuse 'no longer in stock' or 'discontinued'. However, Mr Knuckey did not do so, but offered customer service beyond the call of duty. He is a credit to your company.

We have recently bought two bathrooms from you and felt we had to write and say what a pleasure it’s been to deal with Torben. He has been fantastic from start to finish. When we first visited your showroom we gave him the dimensions of the space we had to play with and told him what our ideal would be. Within minutes he had come up with a design we hadn’t dreamed of which suited us perfectly. He has impressive knowledge about the products, installation and liaised with our builders a number of times. We also never had to worry about whether things would be delivered on time — they always were. Just as importantly, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Recently, we lost our instructions for the showers, heaters etc and Torben kindly got others together for us. This sums up his “nothing is too much trouble” approach which has been so appreciated as a customer.
